We've come close in the past to having Adam Connor present at Fluxible. Most recently, I'd seen Adam present at a conference in 2016, and we tried to get him to Fluxible. It didn’t work out, but he introduced us to his friend and Discussing Design co-author Aaron Irizarry, who we were able to bring to Fluxible 2017. And Aaron subsequently introduced us to other folks, including my co-chair Meena Kothandaraman. So there's a wonderful sense of continuity and inevitability to being able to announce today that Adam will be presenting at Fluxible in June.

Adam’s work focuses on helping teams and organizations strengthen and grow their human-centered design and innovation capabilities. As a design leader, Adam’s work blends systems thinking, HCD, anthropology, and organizational behaviour to foster more collaborative, creative and customer-centric organisations. He has coached and trained teams across the world and from industry leading organizations such as Google, Disney, Fidelity, and Twitter. In 2015 he and co-author Aaron Irizarry released Discussing Design: Improving Communication & Collaboration Through Critique with O’Reilly Publishing.
