- How to use visual strategies to increase the usability of your information — be it for printed publications, web-based applications, or digital devices.
- How to identify ways to visualize for different cultures, languages, and ages, and accommodate international audiences who have various reading directions, alphabets, and visual conventions.
- How to apply memorable rules and techniques to improve the consistency and simplicity of your visual information.
