Site Visit: Product design at MUSIC

MUSIC is a very different company, and proudly so. With over 16 locations and talented people from all over the world, it’s an incredibly capable and fun-loving family of people brought together by a passion for music — the universal and most beautiful language.

One of the Global Product Design and Innovation Teams for MUSIC is based right here in Kitchener. This team focuses on creating unique and inspiring products for the “Mobile” musician. The team has developed their own UX processes that encompass both product design, as well as customer engagement and product launch.

At this on-site event, Robert Rinaldi and his team will take you on a journey through their UX product design process with an inside and exclusive look at a few of the new products scheduled for release in 2017. As part of this event, they’ll also provide an opportunity to enjoy some food and beverage, network with our peers and enthusiasts that share our passion for design and great customer experiences, and of course be entertained by some interesting music at our design facility in the heart of Kitchener.
