Our speakers are active, engaging people who love to share what they do and what they know. As a result, they get up to some pretty cool stuff. Here's a glimpse into their rock-star lives.

Keep your eyes peeled for Fluxible Responsive Web Design workshop co-captain Satish Kanwar in this spiffy video about entrepreneurs in Toronto and the philosophies that drive them to innovate. We wish we looked this good before our morning coffee.

Closing keynote speaker Dan Gärdenfors was at Mobile World Congress 2012 demonstrating his team's innovative and highly visual meeting tool: BlackBerry Confetti. Designed for a group of PlayBooks, it uses a ceiling-mounted webcam to make each device aware of its peers and their positions. Presentations and instant file-sharing are made simple. This is useful stuff, though currently only in demo phase, and introduces a bit of colour into the boardroom.

And, last but not least, here's a cheat sheet on Gene Smith's brain from UX Lisbon. Better study up if you're headed to his workshop on User Research Hacks! (Also, where can we pick up a handy hammer-wrench like that?)

While we've got your eyeballs, remember that early bird registration is only until July 31st, and it saves you a cool $200.
